Returns & Cancellations
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
Return all items with their original packaging and all original tags still attached.
How to handle your return:
Please email us at swaggarments231@gmail.com to initiate your return request, including your order number and reason for return.
Pack the products carefully and seal the return package securely.
If you need a different size or color, or if the item you received is defective or damaged, you can exchange it within 30 days of your purchase.
How to handle your exchange:
Email us at swaggarments231@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange for.
Send the original item back to our return address mentioned above.
Once we have received the returned package and inspected it, your new size/color will be sent out.
For hygiene and quality reasons, the right to return or exchange does not apply to the following:
Intimate wear and undergarments
Items that have been used, washed, or have their tags removed
Items marked as “Final Sale”
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 3-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
